Real Estate, Renting, and Other Business Activities (RERBA) slows down
RERBA posted a
7.7 percent growth in the third quarter of 2017, slower than the 8.9 percent growth recorded in the previous year. The growth was driven by Renting and Other Business Activities which grew by 11.0 percent as compared with the 13.1 percent growth in the same period of the previous year.
Meanwhile, Ownership of Dwelling sped up by
2.9 percent from 2.8 percent growth in the third quarter of 2016. Real Estate expanded by 7.7 percent, slower compared with the 9.7 percent growth recorded in 2016.
