Filipino is the national language in the Philippines. English is the business language and is spoken widely.  The language during the conference is English.

Business hours are generally from 8 a.m. -12 noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) plus 8 hours.
 

Electricity

The standard voltage in Manila is 220 VAC at 50Hz. 110-volt outlets are also available in most hotels. Plugs are Type A (flat blade attachment plug).

Internet access is free for clients at the Conference venue.
