Library Citizen’s Charter

As the central statistical authority of the Philippine government, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) aims to deliver relevant and reliable statistics to its stakeholders. These statistics are disseminated with the use of different channels/mediums and services like the PSA website, social media accounts and the PSA Information Center (library).

Below are the steps and procedures involved in order to avail of the services in the PSA Information Center.

Fill out FOI request form 2 minutes Requested data/statistics needs special tabulation from the concerned division; Data classified as SIMPLE; Notify the requester thru email once the data is available Within 3 days
Requested data/statistics needs special tabulation from the concerned division; Data classified as COMPLEX; Notify the requester thru email once the data is available Within 7 days
Requested data/statistics needs special tabulation from the concerned division; Data classified as HIGHLY TECHNICAL; Notify the requester thru email once the data is available Within 20 days
