The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has successfully printed and dispatched over 50 million PhilIDs for Filipinos who have registered to the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys).

As of 22 December 2023, 50,064,756 PhilIDs have already been printed and dispatched for delivery.

“More and more Filipinos can now enjoy the benefits of being PhilSys-registered. We encourage our kababayans to fully utilize the PhilID and make it their primary ID in their transactions,” said PSA Undersecretary Claire Dennis S. Mapa, PhD, National Statistician and Civil Registrar General.

“We would also like to assure the public that we will continue to expedite the issuance and delivery of PhilIDs so that Filipinos can enjoy the convenience of having a valid ID in their transactions,” he added.

Parallel to PhilID printing and delivery, the PSA is also exhausting all means to register the last mile of the population.

Through mobile registration efforts, PSA personnel are ensuring coverage of Filipinos residing in Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDAs).

For instance, the PSA implemented the PhilSys on Wheels, where vehicles carrying registration kits are brought to GIDAs to register residents on the spot.

In addition, registration centers nationwide welcome walk-in registrations. The full list of registration centers is available at https://philsys.gov.ph/registration-center/ and the accepted supporting documents at https://philsys.gov.ph/supporting-documents/.

As of 08 December 2023, a total of 82,569,212 Filipinos have already registered to PhilSys.

Filipinos who have registered to PhilSys may also check if their ePhilID is already available for claiming at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph.
