It was followed by San Pedro (11.4 percent), City of Santa Rosa (10.8 percent), Biñan (10.6 percent), San Pablo City (9.6 percent), and Cabuyao (8.3 percent). Santa Cruz, the provincial capital, shared only 4.1 percent.
