National Demographic Health Survey

Presents key findings presented in tables and graphs, and analyses about health care financing, provision, and consumption, in the Philippines in a particular year. It follows the 2011 System of Health Accounts (SHA 2011) framework which is the current international standard for health accounting recommended by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), European Statistical Office (Eurostat), and WHO. It provides discussion on SHA 2011 Framework with concepts and definitions, as well as information on data sources and estimation procedures. It also offers other health-related indicators such as share of Total Health Expenditure to the Gross Domestic Product and the share of Household out-of-pocket payment to Household Final Consumption Expenditure.
