The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) wishes to clarify that the Data Matching Project with partner government agencies has been FREE OF CHARGE since 02 June 2021.

In support of government-wide efforts to reducing program leakages, the PSA executes data sharing agreements with partner government agencies to validate and clean their databases against the civil registry records in the PSA Civil Registry System (CRS) database.

To date, the PSA has successfully facilitated the Data Matching Project with several government agencies, including the Government Service and Insurance System (GSIS), Social Security System (SSS), Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO), and Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), among others.

This ensures that only eligible beneficiaries receive assistance and services, contributing significantly to the accuracy and integrity of our partner agencies' databases and ultimately improving the delivery of public services.

We underscore and reaffirm that the PSA's data-matching services will remain at no cost to the requesting government agency. This is the PSA's steadfast commitment to fostering transparent, efficient, and effective governance and ensuring the continuity of this valuable service.
