PSA Usec. Mapa looks on as a resident of Barangay Leon Garcia in Davao City, Davao del Sur registers to PhilSys through its PhilSys on Wheels initiative for Filipinos in Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDAs).

Mobile registration services also continue to bring PhilSys to various locations, making registration more accessible to Filipinos who reside in Geographically-Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDAs). In Barangay Leon Garcia, Davao City, PhilSys on Wheels, which is an outreach initiative of PSA, was brought to the community to allow residents to register.

Apart from registration, the PSA is also proactive in providing assistance in replacing the PhilIDs of residents of Barangay Leon Garcia that were burned in a residential fire.
