The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlet - Pasig City will be TEMPORARILY CLOSED on 14 April 2023 (Friday) at 12:00 NOON until 19 April 2023 (Wednesday) at 05:00 PM in preparation for system enhancement.

The outlet operation is targeted to resume its operations 20 April 2023 (Thursday).

Clients may still opt to avail of their Civil Registry Documents (CRDs) and Certifications through the following channels:

1. Book an appointment at any PSA CRS Outlet in Metro Manila (except PSA CRS Outlet - Pasig City) via appointment.psa.gov.ph.

2. PSA-authorized online channels:

a. PSA Serbilis (psaserbilis.com.ph)
*Caters local and international requests for CRDs and Certifications
b. PSA Helpline (psahelpline.ph)

3. Walk-in at any accredited Batch Request System (BREQS) partners at Local Government Units and SM Business Centers.
