ln relation to the issuance of Memorandum Circular No. 16 dated 31 March 2023 by the Office of the President and Proclamation No. 90, series of 2022, dated 09 November 2022, Amending Proclamation No. 42, s. 2022 Declaring the Regular Holidays and Special (Non-Working) Days for the Year 2023, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlets nationwide shall be CLOSED on the following dates:

1. 05 April 2023 (Wednesday) at 12:00NN onwards due to work suspension in government offices;
2. 06 and 07 April 2023 in observation of the Maundy Thursday and Good Friday (Regular Holidays); and
3. 10 April 2023 (Araw ng Kagitingan, Monday nearest 09 April 2023).

Regular CRS Outlets operation shall resume on 11 April 2023 (Tuesday).

Clients may still opt to avail of their Civil Registry Documents (CRDs) and Certifications through the following channels:

1. PSA-authorized online channels:

a. PSA Serbilis (psaserbilis.com.ph)
*Caters local and international requests for CRDs and Ceftifications
b. PSA Helpline (psahelpline.ph)

2. Walk-in at any accredited Batch Request System (BREQS) partners at SM Business Centers.
