The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Civil Registry System Outlet (CRS) in Caloocan City, located at North Caloocan City Hall, Zapote Road Camarin, Caloocan City will be OPEN to transacting public on 26 October 2023 (Thursday) at its new location in 3rd Floor, Kai Mall, cor. Zabarte and Camarin Roads, Caloocan City.

Clients may transact in the outlet from Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 04:00PM, except during Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, or upon announcement of work suspension of Government Offices by the concerned Local Government Unit, or of the Office of the President.

Clients may still opt to avail of their civil registry documents and certifications through the following channels:

1.    Book an appointment at any PSA CRS Outlets in Metro Manila via appointment.psa.gov.ph.

2.    Apply through PSA-authorized online channels:
       a.    PSA Serbilis (psaserbilis.com.ph)
       b.    PSA Helpline (psahelpline.ph)

3.    Walk-in at any accredited Batch Request System (BREQS) Partners at SM Business Centers.
