The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlets nationwide shall be CLOSED on 27 March 2024 (Wednesday) at 12:00 o'clock in the afternoon onwards pursuant to Memorandum Circular Number 45 issued by the Office of the President on 25 March 2024 to provide government employees full opportunity to properly observe Maundy Thursday and Good Friday on 28 to 29 March 2024 and to allow them to travel to and from the different regions in the country.

Regular CRS Outlet operations shall resume on 01 April 2024 (Monday).

Below are the alternative channels available in requesting for civil registry documents and certifications:

1. Apply through PSA-authorized online channels:
a. PSA Serbilis (psaserbilis.com.ph) Also available for requesters living abroad
b. PSA Helpline (psahelpline.ph)
2. Walk-in at any accredited Batch Request System (BREQS) Partners at SM Business Centers.
