Due to the risks posed by the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) Delta variant, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) informs the public that only those with prior appointments shall be  accommodated at the PSA Civil Registration Service (CRS) Outlets located in Metro Manila effective 21 August 2021.

The PSA will implement a skeleton workforce to ensure strict adherence to the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) health and safety standards within these Outlets. To be accommodated in these Outlets, proof of prior appointment from the PSA-Query Verification Unit (QVU) email is needed.

Customers with requests due to urgent matters or emergency cases identified in Attachment 1 may be given priority appointment provided that a valid proof of emergency is submitted through the following emails:

STRICTLY NO WALK-IN CUSTOMERS ARE ALLOWED. YOUR HEALTH/ WELLNESS IS OUR PRIMARY CONCERN.

Alternatively, the public is encouraged to avail of the PSA’s online civil registration services through https://psahelpline.ph for the hassle-free and safe delivery of the copy issuances of birth, marriage, death, and Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR/ Advisory of Marriage). The PSA Serbilis Online (www.psaserbilis.com.ph) is temporarily CLOSED from 23 August to 04 September 2021 due to unprecedented events. Clients may also file requests at the nearest Batch Request Entry System (BREQS) authorized partners through local government units or SM Business Centers (Attachment 2).
