The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlets serve clients with National ID (in card, paper, and digital formats) requesting for the copy issuance, authentication, and certification of his/her own civil registry documents and of his/her immediate family members (spouse, children, and parents) through a Special Lane. Clients can directly proceed to chosen PSA CRS Outlets as walk-in applicants even without booking for an appointment using the Civil Registration Service Appointment System.

To manage the volume of the transacting clients in the PSA CRS Outlets nationwide, effective 04 November 2024, the Special Lane for clients with National ID can only be availed from 12:00 NN onwards. In case the client will transact earlier than 12:00 NN, they are advised to book for an appointment.

On the other hand, the strict implementation of the Civil Registration Service Appointment System is still in force. Clients without National ID are required to book for an appointment and must present a Civil Registration Service Appointment Slip upon entry in the CRS Outlet and during the screening of requirements.
