As part of the initiatives of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) to provide an enhanced, convenient, and accessible civil registration services, clients applying to process the annotation of their civil registry documents such as Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificate that underwent changes through administrative and court proceedings can now apply for the Premium Annotation service at the PSA Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlet in Lipa City, Batangas effective on 21 March 2025.

Instead of traveling to PSA CRS Outlet in East Avenue, Quezon City, clients residing in Batangas or nearby provinces may proceed to PSA CRS Outlet in Lipa City located at Ground Floor, Building C, Fiesta World Mall, Marauoy, Lipa City, Batangas to file their requests for annotated documents. 
An appointment through the Civil Registration Service Appointment System must be presented, or the National ID of the client transacting in behalf of his/her immediate family members (spouse, children, or parents) to be exempted from the appointment system.

The Premium Annotation service requires the client to submit all pertinent documents issued by the concerned Local Civil Registry Office, Shari’a District/ Court, or Philippine Foreign Service Post, relative to the annotation of the concerned civil registry documents in the CRS Outlet Lipa City. Application for Premium Annotation service costs PhP 255.00 per transaction and can be released within 10 working days upon application.

The Premium Annotation is one of the services delivered under the Civil Registry System – Information Technology Project Phase II (CRS-ITP2) which enhance the services to the people.
