The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) announces that all Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlets nationwide will be closed on 17 April 2025 (Maundy Thursday), and 18 April 2025 (Good Friday), in observance of Holy Week 2025. This suspension of operations is in line with Presidential Proclamation No. 727, which designates these dates as regular holidays.

Regular operations at the PSA CRS Outlets shall resume on 21 April 2025 (Monday).

For your convenience, you may still request civil registry documents and certifications through the following alternative channels:

1. PSA-authorized online channels:
   a.    PSA Serbilis: www.psaserbilis.com.ph
          (Also available for requesters abroad)
   b.    PSA Helpline: www.psahelpline.ph

2. Walk-in at any accredited PSA Batch Request System (BREQS) partners, including SM Business Partners.
