The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) informs the public that all Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlets nationwide shall remain operational on 16 April 2025 (Wednesday).

This is in accordance with the directive from the Office of the President to ensure the continuous delivery of basic and vital services, despite the issuance of Memorandum Circular No. 81.

Additionally, civil registry documents and certifications may be requested through the following:

  1. PSA-authorized online channels: 
    a. PSA Serbilis: www.psaserbilis.com.ph 
      (Also available for requesters abroad) 
    b. PSA Helpline: www.psahelpline.ph

  2. Walk-in at any accredited PSA Batch Request System (BREQS) partners, including SM Business Partners.
