In accordance with Presidential Proclamation No. 727, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) advises the public that operations in all Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlets nationwide will be suspended on 01 May 2025 (Thursday) in observance of Labor Day.

Regular operations at the PSA CRS Outlets shall resume on 02 May 2025 (Friday).

For your convenience, you may still request civil registry documents and certifications through the following alternative channels:

    1. PSA-authorized online channels: 
        a. PSA Serbilis: www.psaserbilis.com.ph 
           (Also available for requesters abroad) 
        b. PSA Helpline: www.psahelpline.ph

    2. Walk-in at any accredited PSA Batch Request System (BREQS) partners, including SM Business Partners.
