The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) hereby informs the public that all Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlets nationwide shall suspend operations on 12 May 2025 (Monday), in observance of the special non-working holiday declared for the conduct of the National and Local Elections, pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation No. 878, which declares 12 May 2025 as a special non-working holiday throughout the country.

Regular operations at the PSA CRS Outlets shall resume on 13 May 2025 (Tuesday).

For your convenience, you may still request civil registry documents and certifications through the following alternative channels:

    1. PSA-authorized online channels: 
       a. PSA Serbilis: www.psaserbilis.com.ph 
          (Also available for requesters abroad) 
       b. PSA Helpline: www.psahelpline.ph

    2. Walk-in at any accredited PSA Batch Request System (BREQS) partners, including SM Business Partners.
