All this is done quietly in the background but the user will see the first page (low-level authentication) to keep him/her patient. However, users who have failed the initial browser activity check are then required to perform simple tasks. For those who have failed the first two validation tests, they are then challenged to a CAPTCHA test. Those who failed all tests are denied access to the requested page or resource.
