Health Level Seven (HL7) Standards With Fast Health Interoperable Resources(FHIR)

HL7 provides a framework (and related standards) for the exchange, integration, sharing, and retrieval of electronic health information. These standards define how information is packaged and communicated from one party to another, setting the language, structure and data types required for seamless integration between systems. FHIR - Fast Health Interoperable Resources- is a next generation standards framework created by HL7.

Global Standards One (GS1) Codes:Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) or Unique Global Product IdentificationNumber / Health Products and Devices

National identifier code, taken from the Drug Establishment Identifier Module of the EDPMS, which uniquely identifies and/or classifies drug establishments licensed/accredited by the Food and Drug Administration of DOH. (Administrative Order 2014-0034)

GCG Performance Evaluation System (PES)

The PES allows the Governance Commission to assess the operations of Government-owned or-controlled Corporations (GaCCs) and utilize such evaluation in determining the eligibility of GaCCs for their bonuses for the year. Concretely, the PES is pursued through annual Performance Agreement Negotiations (PAN) between the GCG and the Governing Boards and Management of GaCCs, which ullimately leads to the establishment of the GaCCs' Performance Scorecards. The following are the phases and steps of the PES:
