In relation to the conduct of the 2nd National Convention on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (2NCCRVS), the online registration is now available to the interested participants through the link https://conventions.psa.gov.ph/2nccrvs.
A. Registration
1. Create a new account to the https://conventions.psa.gov.ph/2nccrvs.
2. Read, understand, and accept the Privacy policy.
3. Enter the valid and active e-mail address of the participant. Click “Send Code” button.
4. An e-mail confirmation shall be received. Enter the verification code in the online registration website and click “Submit”.
5. Submit a valid password.
6. Fill out the required information and upload a photo.
7. Once successfully registered, an e-mail notification shall be received containing the Payment Details.
B. Payment
1. The Registration Fee for respective participants are the following:

| Private Institution | PhP 6,000.00 |
| International (Foreign Embassies) | PhP 6,000.00 |
| Students/Members of the Academe | Php 4,000.00 |
2. The Registration Fee can be deposited through any Landbank of the Philippines branches using the following details:
PSA Account Name: PSA Trust Fund
Account Number: 1442-1023-05
Bank Branch: LBP-UN Avenue
You may also pay via “Fund Transfer” feature of online payment schemes like GCash or Maya. Take a photo of the “Confirmation” payment which shall serve as the proof of payment to be uploaded in the 2nd NCCRVS Online Registration.
3. Kindly pay the appropriate registration fee and upload the proof of payment within 48 hours after registration through the online registration website. Failure to upload will result to forfeiture of your reserved slot.
4. Please be reminded that the number of participants is only limited to 1,000 slots. Registration with confirmed payment will ensure the participant’s reservation.
5. The 2NCCRVS shall not accept payments during the actual event.
The 2NCCRVS which will be conducted on 06 to 07 October 2022 at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza-Manila, CCP Complex, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City, with the theme “Improving Civil Registration and Vital Statistics Implementation Strategies through Digital Information”, is a venue for the dissemination of the latest information and on the recent developments on CRVS in the country which is a great opportunity to prime movers of civil registration and data users of vital statistics.
Further, please be advised that the participant’s accommodation is not covered in the registration fee. The participants are recommended to secure hotel accommodation near to the venue for convenience and easy access.
