Information Note
I. Objective
The 14th NCS will carry the theme “ Data Innovation: Key to a Better Nation.” The theme signifies the importance of innovation in the provision of quality statistics which will help policymakers design responsive and evidence-based plans and programs towards a better nation.
This year, the 14th NCS will coincide with the opening of the 30 th National Statistics Month (NSM) celebration in October 2019. The 14th NCS will feature plenary sessions, invited/contributed Paper Sessions, panel discussions, statistics training as well as the Statistical Information Management Exhibition (SIMEx).
II. Venue
The event will be held at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria with address and contact information as follows

III. Convention Materials
The participants will be provided with Convention Kits containing the ID lace with flashdrives, 14th NCS Souvenir Program and 14 th NCS Abstracts. Copies of the final manuscripts will be uploaded on the PSA website by 07 October 2019.
IV. Meals
The Convention will provide lunch and snacks.
V. Dress Code
The recommended dress code for the Convention is “Business Attire”.
