The Philippine Statistics Authority announces the opening of nominations for the 31st National Statistics Month (NSM) Awards. The NSM Awards System has been instituted since 2002 as a means of providing recognition to participating agencies/organizations in the observance of the NSM.
The awards are given to acknowledge the outstanding participation of government agencies, regional offices, private sector, youth organizations, and local government units in the NSM celebration, and to further encourage them to participate in the observance of future NSM celebrations. The five categories open for nominations are as follows:
- Best Statistical Activity Conducted by a Government Organization;
- Best Statistical Activity Conducted by a Private Organization;
- Best NSM Region;
- Best Youth Group Advocate for Statistics; and
- Best Local Government Unit Advocate for Statistics
Nominations for the awards and supporting documents will be accepted until 31 August 2021 by the 32nd NSM Secretariat thru:

The winners of the 31st NSM Awards will be announced during the 32nd NSM Closing Ceremony on 29 October 2021.
