Criteria for Evaluation

The winner of the 27th NSM Awards will be chosen by the Board of Judges composed of representatives from the government, private sectors, and the academe who are users of statistics themselves. The Board of Judges will use different criteria per category as basis:
 
  1. Best statistical activity conducted by a Government organization
    Relevance to the theme* 20%
    Clarity of objectives/message and promotion of statistical awareness/literacy
    25%
    Outputs, outcomes and impacts to the audience/target group 35%
    Extent of participation/Coverage 10%
    Economy in the use of resources 10%
    TOTAL 100%
  2. Best Region
    Diversity of activities 20%
    Outputs, outcomes and impacts to the audience/target group 35%
    Extent of participation of cooperating agencies and LGUs Coverage 20%
    Clarity of objectives/message and promotion of statistical awareness/literacy
    15%
    Economy and ingenious use of resources 10%
    TOTAL 100%
  3. Best statistical activity conducted by a Private Organization
    Relevance to the theme* 20%

  4. Best Youth Group Advocate for Statistics
