Criteria for Evaluation

The winner of the 30th NSM Awards will be chosen by the Board of Judges composed of representatives from the government, private sectors, and the academe who are users of statistics themselves. The Board of Judges will use different criteria per category as basis:
 
  1. Best Statistical Activity conducted by a Government Organization*
    Outputs, outcomes and impacts to the audience/target group 30%
    Clarity of objectives/message and promotion of statistical awareness/literacy 25%
    Relevance to the theme*** 20%
    Extent of participation/Coverage 15%
    Economy in the use of resources 10%
    TOTAL 100%
  2. Best Statistical Activity conducted by a Private Organization*
    Outputs, outcomes and impacts to the audience/target group 30%
    Clarity of objectives/message and promotion of statistical awareness/literacy 25%
    Relevance to the theme*** 20%
    Extent of participation/Coverage

    Economy in the use of resources 10%

  3. Best Youth Group Advocate for Statistics**
    Outputs, outcomes and impacts to the statistical activities to the youth 25%
