  • Lower prices of selected spices and seasonings in NCR pulled down the miscellaneous foods index in the area by -0.1 percent. However, the group’s index in the Philippines and AONCR correspondingly picked up by 0.5 percent and 0.8 percent due to the upward price adjustments in coffee, tea, powdered tonic drink, cooking oil, margarine and selected spices and seasonings.
