1/    Mortality rate attributed to cancer was revised due to the changed in the population projections used from the 2010-based to 2015-based.     
2/    Death rate due to road traffic injuries was revised based on per 100,000 population, which is consistent with the Global SDG indicator.     
3/    Data includes the number indigents from the DSWD Listahanan Database.   
4/    There is a break in the series starting in 2014, considering the adoption of the 2011 System of Health Accounts (SHA 2011).  The 2014-2019 data was based on the results of the Overall Revision of SHA-based Philippine National Health Accounts (PNHA) which  was released on 15 October 2020.
