Pursuant to Republic Act (RA) 10625, the PSA Board approved, through PSA Board Resolution No. 4, Series of 2014, the establishment of the Committees on Statistics of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), which includes the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources Statistics (IACENRS). Through Memorandum Order No. 04, series of 2014 IACENRS was established to serve as venue for discussion and resolution of issues, review current techniques/methodologies, and recommend policies and workable schemes towards the improvement of environment and natural resources and other related statistics.
