Duck Egg Situation Report, January - March 2018
As of January 1, 2018, the total inventory of duck laying flock was slightly higher by 0.53 percent compared to the previous year’s count of 5.64 million heads.
The population of laying flock in backyard farms increased by 3.80 percent while stocks in commercial farms decreased by 3.50 percent.
