The year-on-year increase of CMRPI in NCR further slowed down to 5.4 percent in February 2023 from 5.5 percent in January 2023, marking its seventh consecutive month of deceleration.

The year-on-year growth of CMRPI in NCR eased further to 5.6 percent in December 2022 from 6.2 percent in November 2022.

The annual growth rate of CMRPI in NCR settled at 6.6 percent in October 2022, from 6.8 percent in September 2022. This brings the average growth rate of the index from January to October 2022 to 5.8 percent. In October 2021, its annual growth rate was recorded at 2.1 percent.
