Based on the 2010 Census of Population and Housing (CPH), the province of Sorsogon posted a total population of 740,743 persons as of May 1, 2010. This is larger by 90,208 persons compared to its total population of 650,535 persons counted in the 2000 CPH. The increase in the population count from 2000 to 2010 translated to an average annual population growth rate (PGR) of 1.31 percent. This is lower than the 2.21 percent annual PGR of the province between the census years 1990 and 2000.

Masbate's Population Increased by Almost 130 Thousand (Results from the 2010 Census of Population and Housing)

Based on the 2010 Census of Population and Housing (CPH), the province of Masbate posted a total population of 834,650 persons as of May 1, 2010. This is larger by 126,982 persons compared to its total population of 707,668 persons counted in the 2000 CPH. The inccrease in the population count from 2000 to 2010 translated to an average annual population growth rate (PGR) of 1.66 percent. This is lower than the 1.67 percent annual PGR of the province between the census years 1990 and 2000.

Based on the 2010 Census of Population and Housing (CPH), the province of Catanduanes posted a total population of 246,300 persons as of May 1, 2010. This is larger by 30,944 persons compared to its total population of 215,356 persons counted in the 2000 CPH. The increase in the population count from 2000 to 2010 translated to an average annual population growth rate (PGR) of 1.62 percent. This is lower than the 1.74 percent annual PGR of the province between the census years 1990 and 2000.

Based on the 2010 Census of Population and Housing (CPH), the province of Camarines Norte posted a total population of 542,915 persons as of May 1, 2010. This is larger by 72,261 persons compared to its total population of 470,654 persons counted in the 2000 CPH. The increase in the population count from 2000 to 2010 translated to an average annual population growth rate (PGR) of 1.44 percent. This is lower than the 1.87 percent annual PGR of the province between the census years 1990 and 2000.
