PSA continues institutional registration for convenient, safer access of more Filipinos to PhilSys

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) proceeds with the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) registration of more Filipinos as the agency intends to conduct more institutional registrations in coordination with government agencies, homeowners’ associations, exclusive residences, non-government organizations, and private companies.

The institutional registration strategy aims to accommodate the formal sector by ensuring that the working population from both government and private institutions have a safe and convenient PhilSys registration.

Call for Applicants for Contract of Service Workers (COSWs) for PhilSys Registry Office-Use Case Development and Management Service (PRO-UCDMS-PhilID Advocacy Unit)

Applicants are required to submit the following: Scanned copy of signed APPLICATION LETTER stating the specific position title with salary grade (SG) level and specific place of assignment as posted; The application letter must be addressed to: Dennis S. DSWD to use PhilSys for Delivery of 4Ps, AICS and Other Programs

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on 17 September 2021 on the latter’s adoption of the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) for the identification and verification of beneficiaries for the different social welfare programs.

The MOA covers a pilot test of the PhilSys in the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) and Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program and the gradual integration of PhilSys API-enabled services into all DSWD programs over three years.
