ADOPTING THE RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR MEETINGS OF THE NATIONAL STATISTICAL COORDINATION BOARD

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board adopt the “Rules of Procedure for Meetings of the National Statistical Coordination Board;”

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that (1) the Board shall meet on the last Thursday of every month for the first six months, thereafter, as provided for by the Rules of Procedure, meetings shall be held every other month at 9:00 AM at the NEDA sa Pasig; and (2) the designated members endeavor to personally attend the Board meetings to facilitate decision-making and policy-formulation on issues to be deliberated upon and representatives of absent members shall not be considered in the determination of the quorum.
