The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) wishes to inform the public that per the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11203 or the Rice Tariffication Law, the conduct of the Commercial Stocks Survey (CSS) has been transferred from the National Food Authority (NFA) to the PSA.

The CSS is a monthly survey which the PSA will conduct starting February 2021 among grains businessmen/firms in the country.

As the PSA endeavors to continue providing relevant statistics on rice and corn stocks inventory, we enjoin all stakeholders to provide their usual support for the success of the survey.
