The ongoing research is authored by Ms. Bernadette B. Balamban, Ms. Anna Jean C. Pascasio, Mr. Jayson Christ M. Conti, Ms. Maxine R. Ridulme, and Ms. Hannah U. Custodio.

PSA external stakeholders, who attended the session contributed valuable inputs. Among these stakeholders were Ms. Francess Gin L. Cornelio from the Philippine Commission on Women, Mr. Michael Ralph M. Abrigo, PhD, and Ms. Connie B. Dacuycuy, PhD from the Philippine Institute for Development Studies, and Ms. Jeanne Frances I.
