Currently the designated OIC-Deputy National Statistician of the PhilSys Registry Office, Philippine Statistics Authority.

He is a Director II of PSA since 2006 and has been assigned to Regional Statistical Services Office in Western Visayas and also acted as OIC-Assistant National Statistician of the Civil Registration Service, Civil Registration and Central Support Office.

Educational Background:

He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering at the Western Institute of Technology in 1986 and his Master’s in Business Management in the same school in 2007. He successfully completed the 18th Batch NSO-PSA-SRTC Training in Statistics and Computer in 1988.
