1. Compared with their price levels in the first phase of November 2021 (01 to 05 November 2021), the average retail prices of a kilogram of special rice went down by PhP 0.05 to PhP 2.25 in five trading centers during the second phase of November 2021 (15 to 17 November 2021). Meanwhile, its average retail price per kilogram during the second phase of the month went up by PhP 0.90 in Cebu City, by PhP 1.01 in Tacloban City, and by PhP 1.19 in the National Capital Region (NCR). (Table 1) 2. The average retail prices of a kilogram of pork with bones rose by PhP 0.50 to PhP 20.00 in six trading centers during the second phase of November 2021. However, its average retail price per kilogram during the period fell by PhP 20.00 in Cabanatuan City, and by PhP 30.00 in Butuan City. (Table 2) 3. A kilogram of bangus decreased by PhP 4.87 to PhP 14.21 in five trading centers during the second phase of November 2021. On the other hand, its average retail price per kilogram picked up by PhP 3.90 to PhP 14.41 in four trading centers during the period. (Table 3) 4. Retail prices of vegetables went down in selected trading centers during the second phase of November 2021. (Table 4) 5. Increases in the average retail prices of a kilogram of onion red, ranging from PhP 3.93 to PhP 35.00, were observed in seven trading centers during the second phase of November 2021. (Table 5) 6. Price hikes of a kilogram of carabao mango in six trading trading centers during the second phase of November 2021 ranged from PhP 4.55 to PhP 55.00. Meanwhile, its average retail price per kilogram during the period was lower by PhP 20.00 in Cabanatuan City. (Table 6) 7. Relative to their price levels in the first phase of November 2021, the average retail prices of a kilogram of cooking oil rose by PhP 0.34 to PhP 7.50 in five trading centers in the second phase of November 2021.
