The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is now calling for entries to the 6th National Statistics Month Media Awards (NSMMA). The NSMMA is open to all television and radio programs and reporters from print or online news service from both government and private media organizations who have made significant contributions in promoting and popularizing statistical information.

 

Applicants can either apply or be nominated by submitting news articles reported in newspaper or published online and/or aired on radio/television programs which make use of statistics published/broadcasted during the period September 2015 to July 2016. At least three (3) of the best articles/reports shall be accepted as entries.

 

All entries must be submitted not later than 31 August 2016 to the Chair of the NSM Media Awards thru the Secretariat:

A plaque and cash awards will be given to the winning entries for Best Individual for Print, Individual for Online, Program for Television, and Program for Radio.
