In relation to the conduct of the 2nd National Convention on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (2NCCRVS), you are enjoined to observe the following:

1. Only the Regional Directors (RDs), Chief Statistical Specialists (CSS), Civil Registration and Administrative Services Division (CRASD) Chiefs, 2NCCRVS Focal Persons, and Cultural Dancers from PSA Field Offices (FOs) are allowed to attend the said activity due to limited funds and slots available for Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) employees;

2. The PSA participants need NOT register in the 2NCCRVS online registration website and pay for the registration fee of the convention;

3. The RDs shall be provided only with accommodation and meals at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila. Other expenses, such as airfare, among others, shall be chargeable against the Regional Statistical Services Office (RSSO) funds;

4. The CSSs, CRASD Chiefs, and 2NCCRVS Focal Person from the PSA FOs are advised to secure hotel accommodation from the attached list of hotels or other hotels near the venue for convenience and easy access. Meals such as AM and PM snacks and lunch, will be provided at the venue. All other expenses relative to this activity shall be chargeable against their respective RSSO and/or Provincial Statistical Office funds; and

5. All are reminded that only the personnel who have confirmed their participation through the https://bit.ly/confirm2nccrvs link, except for the RDs who have a guaranteed slot for the 2NCCRVS convention, shall be accommodated in the said event.
