In view of the upcoming 14th National Convention on Statistics (NCS) on 01 to 03 October 2019 at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) releases the schedule of scientific sessions which can be viewed at http://psa.gov.ph/ncs/scientific-session/14th.

The 14th NCS scientific sessions consist of two (2) plenary and 62 breakout sessions on 57 topics about recent practical and theoretical developments in the field of statistics as well as innovations in the collection, processing, and dissemination of official statistics geared towards the enhancement of statistical products and services of the Philippine Statistical System (PSS).

This year’s NCS introduces breakthrough topics such as, Industry 4.0, Statistics on Colored Economies, Big Data, Statistical Literacy, among others.
