This is to inform the general public, as well as all government and non-government organizations, about people and organizations that are illegally using the name of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) to encourage customers to secure their services for simple and quick transactions when obtaining civil registry documents from PSA.

To prevent being defrauded by these dishonest people, the PSA reiterates its plea for the public to transact exclusively with its authorized partners, the PSA Serbilis and the PSA Helpline, through the websites www.serbilis.com and www.psahelpline.ph, respectively.
